Why can't I link my social media pages?

If you are having issues with linking your social pages, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

• Make sure you are an admin/owner of the page with full permissions

• If it's an Instagram page, it must be converted to a Professional profile and be linked to a Facebook page

• If a page is owned by a Business Manager, you must select the Business Manager when connecting to Meet Alto AI

• You can only link pages from 1 Meta profile per Meet Alto AI account. If you have pages split across multiple Meta profiles, you must create another Meet Alto AI account or Organizatiion

Note: these are requirements made by Meta, so there are unfortunately no workarounds

If you've followed these steps, you'll be able to connect to Meet Alto AI without any issues!
