Our pricing system is entirely based on Active Contacts and AI credits usage. Every subscription plan comes with unlimited connected pages, seats, and more. The only difference is how many Active Contacts and AI credits you receive each month.

Active Contacts

  1. Active Contacts apply to DM Campaigns

  2. Active Contacts refer to every time a DM campaign triggers

  3. 1 Active Contact = 1 DM Trigger

AI Credits:

  1. Comment Moderation: 1 AI credit per comment, regardless if it’s hidden or not (AI scans every single comment)

  2. AI Replies: 1 AI credit per reply our AI writes, regardless if it’s manually generated or automated

  3. AI Targeting Triggers for DM Campaigns: If you activate AI targeting for DM campaigns, each automated DM will trigger 1 AI Credit

You can upgrade/downgrade your plan by navigating to Settings > Billing and choosing the plan you’d like to switch to.
